Q1: When will you ship the hair and free shipping ?
A: Generally, we will despatch your order the other day since the date you placed the order, we can ship to all the country in the world, and United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, South Africa, Asia is free shipping, other country is charged $20-$30 shipping fee, please make order before payment, you will see the free shipping policy.
Q2: How long will it be delivered ?

A: We promise 100% unprocessed virgin human hair, we have human hair verification certificate and you can fire it to test, you know synthetic and human hair are different smell.
Q4: Can I custom-made the wig cap?
A: the cap is 22.5 inch medium size with Elastic Band, it can be adjusted, and the cap is suitable for 90% customers whatever your head is big or small, it could not customizable now
Q5: Can I custom-made the hair color ?
A: yeah, we can dye or bleach any color for you if you can offer a picture or color number

A: Custom duties depends on your country custom policy, we usually put low value on the invoice to avoid the potential tax. You can also tell us the value you want to declare when you place order.

Hair Care And Usage
Q1: How many bundles do I need?
A: Normally 3-4 bundles are enough for a full head, if the length reaches 20 inch, I suggest you can order 4 bundles. Or you can also combine a closure or frontal to make a full head.
Q2: Can the hair be colored or bleached?
A: Yes. The hair can be colored and bleached. We highly recommend having your hairdresser dye the extensions as you will get the results you want. Or we can dye or bleach any color for you, please contact with us if you need
Q3: Does the hair have a bad smell?
A: Promise no chemical smell. Our hair is 100% chemical-free. We not only care about beauty but also our customer’s health! But we do cowash the hair in production process, so it may have a little shampoo smell.
Q4: Will the hair be shedding or tangle?
A: Shedding: A few strands initial shedding of new hair is normal. We always suggest customer seal weft before installing and brushing it with wide-tooth comb. Excessive shedding will cause by weft cutting or dryness. Please always seal the ends if you cut weft for installation and keep it moisturized.
Tangle: No tangle because we use triple tight new technology. However, dryness, oil & dirt build-up, salt water or not combing out daily will lead to tangle and shedding. Please follow hair care instruction and use good shampoo & conditioner to wash hair twice a week.

I’m absolutely obsessed with this curly , full and very soft lace front wig! I stopped wearing lace fronts in 2020 and this unit was the perfect one to ease me back into the wig game!!!
I’ve been wearing this wig constantly for a full week now and it’s by far the best human hair wig I’ve ever had.. other than me cutting off some hair when I removed the lace and plucking some hairs their is barely any shedding. The natural hair texture without any mousse or curling cream is so beautiful, full, thick and flowy.. and even with product added and with the hair wet it’s also extremely thick and full! The density is true to the listing as well as the length and for the price it’s an amazing deal!! I am my own personal stylist and this wig just saved me from doing my hair for the next few months!! Even when I sleep with it there are no tangles and the hair looks amazing in any state. I plan to continue to add photos and updates as I continue to wear this unit!! This hair is very beautiful, such a good quality of human hair, very soft and doesn’t tangle! It has no chemical smell, No shedding has not gotten tangled, it’s exactly what I saw in the pictures and read in the description, Its density is full enough for me.I really love the texture, the curls in it are adorable!I am just soooo IN LOVE with this hair!! The hair is so full and beautiful. It got to me really fast, it took less than a week to get to me which I’m more than happy about. Also, seller communication is AWESOME.
